Healthy skin starts from the inside. Try this skin detoxifying tea, you can mix yourself from ingredients found at a health food stores or available various places online, or maybe even in your own garden!
3 parts green tea 2 parts dried red clover blossoms 2 parts dried calendula flowers 1 part dried burdock root 1 part dried lavender flowers 1 part dried dandelion leaf 1 part dried ginger root Combine these ingredients in a bowl, crumbling and mixing to release their aromas. Place a teaspoon (or to acquired taste) in a tea strainer, and pour hot water over and let steep for a moment. Put leftover mixture in airtight container in the fridge, or freeze till you’re ready for your next cup! -You can experiment with many types of flowers & herbs in tea.** -Read up on them and find what benefits they may bring! And have yourself a cup of relaxation!
