Sales Tax
Echo Tree is required by state law to collect sales tax on all merchandise shipped. Sales tax applies to merchandise only and is not charged on the purchase of food items.

Payments*
Echo Tree accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express via PayPal.  Items will not be shipped until payment has been verified or received by such methods of payment. If your item is temporarily out of stock or on back order, we will notify you as soon as possible of any backorders or shipping delays beyond seven days.

Return Policy
If  for some reason you are not  satisfied with an Echo Tree item, please return it within 30 days from the time of purchase. Merchandise must be returned unopened, if in a sealed package, or in saleable condition for a merchandise credit.  You may return merchandise by mail minus shipping. 

Our affiliate sites will be responsible for their own products ordered through this site.  Echo Tree will not be held responsible for merchandise returns pertaining to its affiliate sites.
